REFUND
RETURN CONDITIONS
Our consultants can cancel or postpone their appointments at least 2 days in advance, without giving any reason, and initiate the refund process. To initiate the refund process, it is sufficient to use the contact form on marcalife.com or call 0 (531) 862 9587 or leave a WhatsApp message. .
Refund payments will be transferred to your Credit Card or Bank account within 15 business days from the appointment date.
SERVICE AND APPLICATION CHANGE
There is no harm in replacing any service purchased through marcalife.com with another equivalent application.
SITUATIONS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE REFUND
A reminder message is sent via SMS one day before the appointment, and it is notified via WhatsApp to the mobile phone to which Location information and Street Address were given before the appointment. Despite this, no refund will be made to Consultants who do not come to their appointment without giving any excuse.
